I have built software for other people since 2008. That covers banks, sports tech, Amazon, brain research at EPFL, Swiss media, and an AI startup as CTO and co-founder. Now I build my own, focused on learning: tools that help people build real skills and make them stick.
What
I am making a bet on a consumer AI education app for self-directed learners, thirteen and up.
My current focus is art education with LLMs.
Why
Students tutored one-on-one did two standard deviations better than students in a classroom. Tutoring works and does not scale. Generative AI is the first technology that attacks the cost of the tutor itself.
I'm Dhanesh. I've built software since 2008, across six different rooms:
- Master EdDec 2025 to Jul 2026 · Next AI, CanadaCTO and co-founder. Built a voice-first roleplay training product and took three pilots live: two universities, one enterprise.
- Tamedia2022 to 2024Rescued a failing codebase and a high-attrition team. Two years on, nobody had left and the team had doubled. · still proud of this one

Every side project I've ever loved was about learning: flashcards, e-book tools, teaching apps. Now it's the main project. I live in College Station, Texas.
